Cooking Demonstration & Nutritional Workshops

Our experienced chefs bring a culturally relevant culinary experience directly to your community! Through engaging onsite cooking demonstrations at local farmers’ markets, schools, and after-school programs, we inspire healthy eating habits and ignite a passion for fresh, wholesome ingredients. Participants learn practical cooking skills, discover new recipes, and enjoy delicious, nutritious food prepared right before their eyes.

Gardening Workshop

Our gardening workshops bring hands-on growing experience directly to your community! Led by an experienced gardening educator, participants learn the fundamentals of starting and maintaining a garden — from soil health and planting to watering and harvesting. Whether working with raised beds, containers, or a school garden plot, participants leave with practical skills and the confidence to grow their own fresh, healthy food at home.

Community Health Impact Program (CHIP)

Our Community Health Impact Programs (CHIP) bring culinary arts, nutritional workshops, and restorative justice events to communities in need.

Foundations, corporate brands have the opportunity to give the gift of health. These solutions to the wellness disparity provide innovative aeroponic gardens to schools, churches, and families facing food insecurity. This program brings direct access to fresh produce for those who need it the most.

Hydroponic Garden Installation Program

Feed Our Soul provides soul-utions to wellness disparities by utilizing aeroponic technology. These vertical gardens can grow most greens, vegetables, herbs and fruits. This innovative device was specifically designed for urban settings. It uses recycled water and minimal energy to produce the most delicious produce. It requires a fraction of the amount of time, and enables you to take control over your food environment.
